Swipe Tool Help

Clicking on the Swipe icon enables the Swipe tool if only one operational layer is turned on. If multiple layers are turned on the Swipe tool opens the Swipe layer selection window shown here.

Select the operational layer you would like to swipe over the visbile layers.
If both the Aerial Base Map and County Base Map are visible and the Aerial Base Map transparency is set to 0% then swiping the County Base Map will be hidden by the Aerial Base Map. Either turn off the Aerial Base Map or set the transparency to swipe the County Base Map.
A vertical bar will appear after selecting the layer to be swiped.
The swipe layer will be visible on the leftside of the bar and the other visbile layers will be visible on the rightside.
Dragging the bar will change which portions of the map show the swipe layer or the other visbile layers.
The operational layer must be visible prior to selecting the layer. Click here for help with using the Layer List to make an operational layer visible.
