• Identify  
• Clicking on the Identify icon opens the Identify widget shown here.
• The Identify widget has 9 tools for selecting features to identify on the map.
  

• Clicking on the X  closes the widget.
• The Identify widget can be moved around the map by clicking and holding on the header while dragging it.
  
• The Identify widget can be resized by clicking and dragging the lower right corner.

• Select Layers to Identify Features
• The widget selects features from all layers as the default.
• To limit the features returned specify a layer, click the down arrow on the Identify From pull down menu and select one of the layers from the list.

• Using Identify Selection Tools to Identify Features on the Map
  
• Click on the desired tool icon to activate that tool.
• The tool highlights to show it its active.
  
• Follow the tool tip instructions, which appear when the cursor is over the map, to select features with the tool.

• Results
• After the features have been identified, the Identify widget will switch over to the Results tab where the results are listed.

• Use the scroll bar to scroll up and down the results list if needed.
• Individual results may be discarded by clicking on the X icon .
• Hovering over a feature in the list will highlight the feature and display a popup window with additional attribute information.
• Clicking on a feature will highlight the feature, zoom to the feature and display a popup window with additional attribute information.
• Some of the features like subdivisions, address points and parcel information contain hyperlinks. Clicking on the hyperlink will open the Assessor's Map Server in a new tab to display additional information or scanned images.
• Clicking on the Clear hyperlink text  will discard all the results.
