Coordinates Widget Help

The Coordinate Widget displays the current coordinates of the cursors location in Wyoming State Plane North American Datum (NAD) 1983, East Zone U.S. Survey feet when the default map projection is selected.
If any other projection is selected, clicking anywhere on the map will display the coordinate value in the projection selected.
Hovering over the arrow on the right side of the Coordinate Widget expands the widget to allow the user to select alternate map projections.

The default projection is Wyoming State Plane North American Datum (NAD) 1983, East Zone U.S. Survey feet.
The World Geodetic System (WGS) 1984 are returned in latitude decimal degrees and longitude decimal degrees. To convert coordinates from decimal degrees to degree/minutes/seconds format follow the links provided on the Links page.
NAD 1983 Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) Zone 13 North, meters is used by the U.S. Geological Survey.

Selecting one of the three projections will return coordinates in that projection when you click on the map.
Selecting the default projection (Wyoming State Plane North American Datum (NAD) 1983, East Zone U.S. Survey feet) will return the Coordinate Widget to it's default functionality.

Clicking the Coordinate Tool's button allows the user to get the coordinates of the next point clicked.
Clicking on the Coordinate Tool's button deactivates the Coordinate Tool.
